Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the platform collects, uses, stores and shares personal data when you use our services. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect only the data needed to operate the service:

  • Account identifiers — email address and, if you opt in, mobile phone number.
  • Profile information — name and language preference.
  • Operational data — AWBs, payments, deposits and similar records you generate while using the platform.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and timestamps, used for security auditing and fraud prevention.
  • SMS consent records — when and how you authorized SMS, including IP and source. Kept as a regulatory audit trail.

SMS messages and opt-in

If you provide a mobile phone number and explicitly opt in, we may send SMS messages for authentication codes (OTP), security alerts and operational notifications (such as driver-pay requests). We do not send marketing SMS.

Frequency: Variable. SMS are sent only when triggered by your activity (logging in, receiving a payment request, etc.).

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS, or revoke SMS authorization from your profile page. Opt-out takes effect immediately. If SMS is your only sign-in channel, add an email first; otherwise the system will switch to email automatically.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers (including T-Mobile and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is best-effort.

How we share information

We share data only with service providers that operate the platform on our behalf, and only the minimum needed for them to do their job:

  • Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe receives card and transaction data; we never store card numbers ourselves.
  • Our SMS provider — to deliver authentication codes and operational SMS to the phone number you provided.
  • Our transactional email provider — to deliver login codes, receipts and operational notifications.
  • Law enforcement or regulators — when required by valid legal process.

We do NOT sell your personal data. SMS opt-in information is never shared with third parties for marketing.

Data retention

We keep operational data while your account is active and for the legal retention period required for financial and audit purposes. SMS consent records are kept indefinitely as a regulatory audit trail.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and data, subject to legal retention limits.
  • Withdraw SMS consent at any time without affecting the rest of your account.

Children's privacy

The service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact support and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged in the application and via email when feasible. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current revision.
